In August of 2022, Local 350 members voted to approve a set of by-laws which will help govern the processes of the local. The by-laws are linked to the OPSEU Constitution but address many issues local to Georgian College faculty and the Local 350 executive. These include things such as financial reimbursement practices, an internal complaint resolution mechanism, cheque signing authorization, amongst other things.

The Local 350 By-Laws have been approved by OPSEU President, JP Hornick.
